RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


If you change your mind with any orders made from Sheppard Commercial Services Ltd., you can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days. You’ll just need an order receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.

We are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been altered or fitted.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we will offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.

Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
Call 023 8066 0035 to arrange collection, or return the item to us (we are based in Southampton, Hampshire) along with the credit or debit card used for payment.

Your consumer rights are not affected.
